Recruits sit through a structured briefing on company policy, dress code, reporting lines and site etiquette, followed by a walkthrough of a live posting so the routine feels familiar before their first shift. Practical sessions like these are conducted by Provost Tiger Force trainers, so every officer leaves this module having actually done the task, not just read about it.
