A guard is often the first face a visitor or client sees. This module trains clear radio communication, professional courtesy, and how to stay composed and helpful even in tense situations.
Beyond the certificate, this module gives every officer a real, practical edge on site — the kind that clients notice and rely on.
Trainees work through role-play scenarios covering difficult visitors, client queries and radio handovers, practising tone and clarity until professional communication becomes routine. Practical sessions like these are conducted by Provost Tiger Force trainers, so every officer leaves this module having actually done the task, not just read about it.
Communication & Customer Service Skills is one of many modules that make up the complete Provost Tiger Force training program.
